Denver Heights Church undergoes remodel

The Denver Heights Church of God in Christ began its largest remodel in 83 years. Building upgrades, increased classroom space and a larger cafeteria highlight this plan under Pastor Pope. Pictures of the church remodel's progress will be posted periodically on this website.

Denver Heights Church of God in Christ is the oldest Pentecostal church in South Texas. It is affectionately known as the "Mother Church". Denver Heights is located at 512 Dreiss Street, San Antonio, Texas 78203

An Invitation to Worship 2012

Has comrporate worship left you yearning for the integrity and sincerity of church service long past.? So many people have gone away from the church because many of the leaders were too polished, and it seemed that politics replaced prayer.

Despite the small size of Denver Heights, the spiritual presence is great. Members are treated like family and the Word of God takes precedence over political correctness.

We invite you to enjoy the presence of the Lord with us. Sunday School begins at 10:00 AM. Sunday Morning Worship starts at 11:30 AM. Bible Study starts at 6:30 PM on Sunday and Friday evening service opens at 7:30 PM.
